After your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal. This is your official confirmation. It lets you know that we have received your payment successfully. It will also act as your payment receipt which you may bring to the convention with you for retrieval of your package, though a photo ID will suffice. Your Paypal email address must be current to receive this confirmation.


Approximately once per month leading up to the convention, we update the EyeCon database and enter the purchases. At this time we assign badge and seat numbers in the order which the purchases were made and then we email an EyeCon receipt which will itemize your purchases.

On Saturday Night, after the Banquet, we will be returning to Tric where there will be music, games, drinking, and the One Tree Hill celebrities.

Saturday Evening Celebrity Banquet (Now limited to 100 attendees) $175.00

This is your chance to have a meal with the stars, an opportunity to get up close and personal and mingle in a more relaxed setting, with access to the celebrity guests that would not normally be possible during a busy convention. The evening features a a one hour meet and greet with your chosen celebrity guest and a delicious, all you can eat buffet style meal with about 10 people per table including the celebrity guest. The stars will make rounds to each table before the meal for a photo with the table which each Banquet participant will receive for free, printed for retrieval the next day.

Beginning thirty minutes before the Banquet, we will line up in badge number order outside of the designated Banquet room with Diamond Members first, then Platinum, Gold and General respectively. Then each member in line will make their celebrity seating choices as they enter the room. Each table will hold about 10 people including the celebrity guest. Once a table has filled, members will no longer be able to choose that table. This explains why badge numbers are critical since earlier badge numbers get better preference of celebrity seating. The earlier you order your admission ticket, the lower your badge number will be.
Please note that the Banquet is an "A La Carte" ticket and must be purchased in addition to Diamond, Platinum, Gold, General Weekend or General Saturday to participate. This event will be limited to appr. 100 tickets, though may go beyond as guests are added.

Private Meet and Greet Autograph Session $795.00
This event is hands down the most popular event at the convention. The Private Meet and Greet Autograph Signing is our one hour, very initimate, "Meet and Greet" with the stars in attendance at the convention. This is any fan's dream as most celebrity guests in attendance at the convention will participate. You can meet, chat, even strike up a conversation with the stars in a much more personal setting. You may also redeem any and all Autograph tickets at this event, so no need to wait in the long autograph session lines!

As a special amenity for those in attendance, we are allowing, at this event only, the use of personal cameras for a more candid photo with the stars, we will allow one photo per celebrity in attendance. As a second amenity, each attendee will receive three free "autograph of choice" tickets which may be redeemed here with the celebrities of your choice!

Please note that the Private Meet and Greet Autograph Session is an "A La Carte" ticket and must be purchased in addition to any level of admission ticket (Diamond, Platinum, Gold or General Saturday) to participate. All sales are final. All celebrity guests below are contractually confirmed to appear but are subject to their work schedules. Any celebrity guests added to the weekend will also be added to this event. Please keep in mind that this convention will be two to three times larger than in March, for this event there will be only 60 tickets total sold for the ultimate fan experience. This will be the most personal, the most interactive and the most initimate celebrity event at the convention.
