<09/19/09> Summit has released an announcement that due to additional filming time required for Eclipse, the principle actors are required for filming until the end of October instead of the anticipated early September completion, and will be unavailable for convention appearances. This has affected us as Peter Facinelli, Ashley Greene and Alex Meraz will now be needed for filming during our convention dates. Although time is extremely short, we are currently working on replacement guests. We truly understand the disappointment that guest cancellations can bring and are working diligently to ensure that the weekend is still memorable for the Twilight fans in attendance. Please note that all guests are contractually confirmed before announced on the site however all contracts state that the appearances are subject to motion picture and television filming requirements which may arise and take precedence over personal appearances. Our event will take place regardless of guest cancellation and we cannot offer admission ticket refunds as stated in the Policies section on the site . We will offer refunds or exchanges for "guest specific" tickets (I.E. Photo Op, Autograph). Please let us know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange for another celebrity guest ticket via email to submission@eyeconfla.com or you may make your requests at the convention.
