Thank you for your interest in our EyeCon Genesis event. We had high hopes that this event could bridge a gap between themes that were more difficult to organize. Unfortunately, this proved to be impossible. At less than a month away, we have only been able to build an attendance of just over 100. We are unable to continue with the event and have been reluctantly forced to postpone it indefinitely.

Please know that we extended every known effort known to us in our experiences to promote this event and make it successful but, alas, the popularity simply wasnt there. We were willing to take the risk. Sometimes, it pays off, sometimes not. We realize now that the lack of popularity may be due to the change to a multi-themed event from our popular, more focused events which center on one fandom at a time.

For those 100+ attendees, we apologize and ask you for your understanding. Full refunds are available upon request, you wont have to fight to get a full refund. Were happy to do it. For those of you willing to transfer to one of our other events, you may simply request the transfer to the show of your choice. For now, we have our nearly sold-out event for One Tree Hill in May and Autumn is organizing the first ever North American Greys Anatomy themed event for which we will have information very soon. Any attendee who chooses to transfer to another event will receive a free gift (that wont be available to anyone else) as our token of appreciation. Please forward any and all requests to . Refund requests will be honored within 14 business days.

You know we care. Postponing indefinitely was the last thing we wanted, with today's world of shady conventions. We ask for your understanding and look forward to our other events with you.

The phrase "EyeCon Family" is one that is commonly used to describe the relationship that has formed between attendees and staff as we spend so much time together that we all become close by the end of the weekend. We've had many attendees tell us that they met their best friends at EyeCon. These are friendships that last a lifetime as your fellow attendees also share the love you feel for your favorite and have similar interests! This will be our 22nd event, our first was in 2006. We'd like to say thank you to our attendees. You have proven your dedication to us. That's what family does, supports and nurtures, and we are equally as loyal to you. If this is your first EyeCon, or if you are attending alone, have no fears. You will never "feel" alone at the con, you will become immediate family and surrounded by fellow fans!
EyeCon is a judgement free zone, so come as you are, We like you already!

EyeCon is well known for bringing our attendees the absolute most "personal" time with the stars. While other conventions actually dictate to their celebrity guests that they are not "allowed" to walk around and mingle, we are just the opposite. We know that the fans are here to meet them and get to know them, the celebrities want to meet the fans as well, so we actually encourage them to mingle and get to know their fans on a more personal level, which is simply better for everyone. Many of our celebrity guests not only attend our parties, but participate by wearing costumes, talking and getting to know the attendees in informal settings!.

We are different. We care about more than money. We care about you. That may be hard to believe nowadays when it seems everyone is out to get everyone else. We just want you to have fun.
We understand, conventions are expensive. They are definitely in the "luxury" category, but we do our best to keep our ticket prices competitive with other cons, even beating their prices while bringing you guys a higher quality event, possibly the highest! We havent raised the price of our most popular ticket, Platinum, for years, and we offer a payment plan to help. Autumn is constantly holding games on Instagram for admission tickets, head over and take a chance!
Thank you for choosing us. If you see us running around at the con, make sure to give us hugs. We live on them!

Kenny, Autumn, Josh and the entire EyeCon staff
